Mass Effect: Andromeda has got an incredibly sweet, a very sexy and incredibly rewarding gay romance.
In one of the most LGBTI inclusive moves we have seen in a video game, the EA title goes an extra step further.
And for the first time, the game allows you to start a rainbow family of your own.
As Scott Ryder (you can also play twin sister Sara if you like) in the year 2163, you meet chief engineer on the Tempest – Gil.
You can flirt with him over a poker game, and the two of you enter into a relationship.
First off there’s a kiss.
And another kiss.
Then they have sex.
If you play the relationship through, Gil’s best friend will ask the couple about donating sperm so they have a baby together.
You can, of course, accept.
EA have been vocal supporters of equality for many years and include LGBTI representation in games like The Sims, previous Mass Effect games and Dragon Age.
In soccer simulator game Fifa 17, you could also dress your players in a rainbow kit. However, this was met with extreme homophobia from many of the game’s audience.
Mass Effect: Andromeda is available later in the week on Windows PC, Xbox One and PS4.

With thanks to Stevivor for the video.
